    There are options available to waive service fees, and balances can be combined for qualifying commercial deposit accounts. You can read more about these options in the Commercial Checking Solutions Guide.

    UMB will provide your account number soon after your account is open.

    After you submit your application, UMB will send you a notice with your new account number. In some cases, we may ask for additional information about you or your business before we can complete the account opening process.

    In most cases, new UMB commercial customers will have online account access one business day after they open their accounts.

    Yes, as part of the account opening process you can request a debit card as well as make requests for authorized users. Additional debit cards needed after the account opening process can be requested in-person at a branch or by phone. 

    UMB takes your commercial account privacy and security very seriously. We require several steps to protect your information and provide you with a dependable online experience. This includes a temporary password for first-time users and a Secure Access Code when utilizing a new device or browser to access your account information. We also offer various tools to help you better protect your account. To access these tools and manage your options, go to Security Preferences in your UMB online banking account.
